Now things have taken a sad turn. He pled not guilty at first, but in April, he changed his plea to guilty, and he has now been sentenced to six years in federal prison with a following five-year period of supervised release. He will begin serving his sentence November 30, and a hearing scheduled for October will determine how much restitution he is to pay to his victims.
